Bill the remote is cool and will take some getting used to but it works as well as the comcast remote - auto 30 second skip for the dvr (i had to hack my comcast remote for that) so i can skip commercials and no lag like comcast
tv looks better then again comcast has been out here twice because of a week signal
large box but the installer was great and mounted it in the basement next to the panel
like the dvr in both rooms (although you can only record on the main tv)
many more HD channels - same price but a two year contract with a 350 etf

if they actually put you on your own loop they can do better.
