been using it since they tried to make the guiness world record for most downloads in a day. i've always liked firefox better than IE...just because download it!

I've always preferred Firefox over IE or any other browser for that matter.

Haven't downloaded it yet. Going to do that right now.

 

Okay just downloaded it. Some plug ins don't work but that's not a showstopper. Definitely seems faster.

 

I've been using it for a few days... seems to be noticeably faster on both my Windows machine @ work and my mac at home. I did notice two quirks on the Windows box though. 1) During the install copying my IE settings, bookmarks, etc took about 5 minutes. I thought the install was hung, but eventually it finished. They need a progress bar or something. 2) For some reason when I open two tabs and my gmail is in the first tab when I close the second tab I get a blank screen for the first tab. I have to re-load the page to see everything again. Not sure what's up with that, but my Mac doesn't do the same thing.

 

Been using it since it was released..... Seems to work OK. Didn't notice much, if any, change from the previous version.

 

Works fine for me. No issues.

What plug ins do you folks use? I havent modded my browser much, its pretty much stock.

 

I d/led it on Tuesday, "opening day." It's faster for me, too.

I use Adblock Plus, Google Toolbar, PicLens, Faviconize Tab, and DownloadHelper.

 

It gave me a message that the skype browser plugin and a couple of AVG Free features weren't compatible....which don't really matter because they are nice to haves and I don't really need them. I'm sure there will be updates in the not to distant future.
