wedding anniversaries are totally different from first dates! Those are special so go do something out of the ordinary and go to Chucky Cheese!

Don't know what your looking to spend but this is a twist on Julius' idea.
Early-ish Providence Capital Grill or Cafe Nuovo dinner making sure there is time before sunset for a walk across the street along the River Walk (warning they used cobblestone pavers ... bad for heels) and then back to your car before dark. Then a quick drive over to Pastisch in federal hill for coffee and desert before the after dinner crowd crams in and there is no place to sit.
Or same as above but get an outdoor table at a restraurant on DePasquales Square in Fed Hill and people watch / make fun of. First make sure she's not from the neighborhood and you aren't insulting her cousin Vito. Makes for a way to break up the conversation if there is a lull.
Agreed Casa Christine's in Federal Hill has great food and is overlooked.

To combine mine and Doug's idea - Casa Christine and then Pastiche. both are on the same street. Don't stare too long at the people standing outside the italian "social club" when you pass it by
