really ben?

i just renewed my policy and the Insurance company sent me a statment showing that i have 8 points??
I don't know, maybe some insurance co are catching on later than others. I have MetLife and that changed over the summer when I renewed. The new policy was all over local newspapers at the time.

In any way or form, it is still a rip job conspired between insurance co and State to bring in revenue.

94 section C or something like that
I take back my advice on appealing. Pay the fine and be glad you didn't have to pay bail, towing and storage, court cost, attourney fees etc etc. Plus he gave you a $50 break on the speeding fine becuase 15 over is $150.
