The same folks that run 111 Chop House also have The Sole Proprietor (seafood) and Via (italian). They've all got very good reputations.

Sole Proprietor is decent, I've been there a couple times.

Chophouse isnt cheap though ($+30 for a 14oz steak and thats a la carte) and while I thought it was good I didnt think it was anything special, but the atmosphere was nice.

The Sole is good too.

For a reasonable to inexpensive but good italain food I would say Dino's on (or right off) Plantation St, or Leo's on Shrewsbury St (Across from the Chophouse)
Shrewsbury St in Worcester has many good options at different price ranges.

Chophouse rocks!

If you want some good Irish food, check out O'conners in Boylston right off of 290. Kimmie and I go there at least twice a month.
