Rick donated blood today, and got a coupon for a free pound of Dunkin' Donuts coffee.

So, if you want free coffee and would like to do non court ordered community service stop by your local blood bank/hospital and donate a pint. Maybe they are participating in the program. Free coffee AND you could help safe a life.

Rick is up to three gallons now...I think his name will be on the "wall of fame" at the hospital.

I doubt they want your liver......If you can answer some of those personal questions with the correct yes or no answer, they'll take your blood too.

I was up to two gallons at one point (even had a coffee mug to prove it) but had some issues and couldn't donate last couple times I tried. I should have gone with hm this AM, but I was actually in the kitchen cooking when he left.

Yeah, it appears I have a little time on my hands lately. I was whipping a little casserole for supper for the grand kids. They'll be here later for a short visit, I'll feed them and then send them packing.
