looking into getting a compressor in the future, but for now its pure muscle power (and a large breaker bar) lol. Sometime this weekend i will be picking up a mig welder for my engine bay project. Thankfully i have a friend who will be helping me with all the welding, metal fab and body work. I am hoping to have learned some of the basics by the time its all done. I also may take a welding class in the future.

Shawn came by last night and we installed it. Very easy install but the rusted bolts gave us some issues. I few bandaids, a lot of cussing, and 3 hours later we were sucessful. I believe it was a dc sports header so there was no need to jack up the engine to get it installed.
Thanks for the beer shawn! Damn your car is loud. Lol
Thanks for all the help Derick! Honda needs to redesign their heatshields...lol. I instelled the remainder of the exhaust when I went back to philly...seems the new header is pulling the entire system back a bit so now my muffler pipe is hitting my tie rod underneeth ...might get longer hangers so it clears the tie bar better .

That's a bit odd but I'm sure with a few adjustments you could make it fit. Did you get the lower support bracket off the old manifold and bolted up to the new one?
