Default Hey Cubby

Becky's rabbit hasn't really pooped in over 7 hrs from normally always being quite "regular". Can your awesome wife suggest anything for her?? Thanks

Erin's says....Constipation is not that common in bunnies. She asks how confindent you are about the non poop....and also is curious about and changes to diet and environment.

Is he getting alfalfa/hay/grasses? Bunnies can get "hairballs" that affect the GI. Stasis of the intestinal tract is a concern and if he doesn't poop today I would take him to the vet tomorrow. If he is acting in any way depressed or has stopped eating a visit today may be necessary.

He never stopped eating and he gets his share of hay/alfalfa etc. He's got some stuff out now but it doesnt seem to be as much as usual. Doesn't seem depressed. Becky is concerned as he is always eating the carpet - she fears that may stop him up.
We'll keep an eye on him at this point. - Thanks Jeff and Thanks Erin!!
