We miss you too, Scott. Do we have to get you to install a super charger in order to see you again?

Don't hire people. Start a Tech school enroll students and collect tuition from them to learn how to work on cars. Then have the students do the work on customer cars under your supervision. Then charge the customers a slightly discounted rate for the work, say 10% off. You'll clean up. Call the place New Hampshire Auto Tech or something.
