Shug, how was the recital? It must have been brutal.

We attended one this evening where there was AC. The grandkid loved it, and that's all that matters. We got to sneak out at intermission as both of her "numbers" were done by then. It's like sticking needles in my eyes to sit through any more than I have to.

But, look at that face! She loves it!

I got lucky and the AC was on. A few years back this place didnt have the AC going for a recital, it was the last time we were at this hall.
The heat wasnt bad but I still suffered sitting in my little seat for 2 1/2 hours.

Your grandaughter looks very cute. The little ones can be pretty fun to watch as they are so damn adorable in their outfits.

 

Yeah, she looked like a little princess. They had a couple of really cute little ones on the stage. No more than 3 or 4 years old. I can't imagine the $$ the parents put out for these events, the costumes and all. I don't want to know.

Last year we sat through the whole thing to see the finale.....yep the granddaughter walked on stage with the rest of the dancers....didn't stay for that this time. We saw her after she had performed, told her she did great, took the pictures and
