IMHO, 5200K will light up the road better than the 6000K, especially in rain/fog. As for HIDs for high beams, will the stock assembly support HIDs? If not, it will probably not be any better than just upgrading the stock Halogen bulb to a better one - btw, is that and H1 or what? I don't see it in the owner's manual.
