Default Hmm....time to replace tires

I spoke with Ben at Luu automotive, he seems very knowledgeable and very helpful. We actually went to tirerack.com and he helped me to pick the right set of tires based on my needs and preferences.

Yup, we still have the orginal tires on the P-car. I think it is time.

I had an appointment with them, but I had to cancel it due to my own scheduling problems. They seem like very nice people though.

Thomas, do they carry Bridgestone? Are their
prices better than Tire Rack?

I am going to be in the market for some RE-01A's
either at the end of this year or first thing next year.

Nah, they can't beat the Rack. But, you order from the Rack and have em shipped to Luu's. They are a preffered Tire Rack installer and have the best installation prices.

After reading tons of reviews by individuals, I've noticed Goodyear eagle F1 gs-d3 are very good tire when they are new, but some of them wears out fast (like 3,000miles, of course it depends on the style of driving) and there are some extreme reviews on them (good and bad, some even have defects and pieces of the tread fell off from the tires). In my case, I don't have time nor the patient to deal with bad tires. I don't want to take the chance, even they are slightly cheaper than the Bridgestone.

On the other hand, the reviews of Bridgestone Potenza 050/AS Pole Positions tires are very consistent. There are no crazily bad reviews out there.
