then you really wouldn't have a cold air intake paivag... it's gets pretty warm up there (heat soaked) .. that's why turbo_pwr has a snorkel and that's also why my aem extends down to under the frt bumper..

if you're just looking for sound just pop off the stock airbox

A word of caution to the uninitiated...make sure whatever products you use on/near the engine are safe for use on aluminum products. Read the bottles VERY carefully.

engine room = engine bay??

an engine bay is basically what's under the hood of your car. an engine room is the room in non-nuclear submarines that holds the engines. a garage is the covered place where you park your car. so which is it you wish to clean?

I just use any common degreaser, a brush (toothbrush included), and a hose. I have never been a fan of spray it on and wash it off type cleaners. Too many chances for something getting eaten or a residue being left on. It will take you an hour or two to do it right, but the bay looks like new when finished.
