I've got a ##$$ virus
For those who are in my office address book, don't open any weird looking email from me. I got a virus in my work computer. I don't use that email address often, but if you see something from that address, it is not from me.
The address is my real.name@verizon.net
This one was bad. I could not get to the desk top, or task bar, or do a darn thing.
I got a message that Norton was blocking an intrusion attempt and all hell broke loose. Nice job Norton.
It (the virus) showed up as some fake virus protection, messages popped up saying I needed to re-register my windows version.
and no, I was not on a P0rn site!
First time I ever got a severe virus and I say the people that do this should be shot!

if you know what type of antivirus software they are trying to sell - look up how to remove it in google
but it's best to run your PC in safe mode and then use malwarebytes to remove that crap

Not that computer savy with the Safe mode and all that. I dropped it off at local place I do business with.
I'm on another office computer and just might make today a short day.
