Might as well buy a new timing belt if that has not been changed recently, plus a new water pump. As long as you are doing all that work to open the engine up you might as well replace the wear items.

That's the one I meant Steve. Was thinking the name manchester for some reason. I find em by googling honda parts and they are almost the first that comes up.

I usually get my honda water pumps from autozone... lifetime warranty and decent price. plus I get a commercial discount there.

although to be honest when i do a headgasket on an SOHC honda motor i dont do the timing belt, I just loosen the bolt on the tensioner and ziptie the timing belt nice and tight over to the side just mark the belt and the cam sprocket so when you slide the belt back over the sprocket you know if your off a tooth or not.

Really? On a car with 180,000 miles and unknown maintenance history you don't bother to change the belt while you have the head off? I could see it if you knew the belt had under 40,000 miles and was still in good shape, but why would you risk it on a car like this?

I usually do that too. I'll at least buy a part and if I'm in there and deem it totally unnecessary, I'll return the new one. But I like having the extra parts on hand, even if I make a return trip later, it usually saves me time.
