Just curious, what part of Portugal were you/did you stay? Is that the Algarve region? 
Never been there, at least not yet. Im going in the summer of 2004.
And yes Bill, that is a map of Portugal with the flag centered in it. Also, that is the tattoo i have on my left arm

The first 3 pages was in Algarve, specifically in the Carvoeiro. I never went to Algarve until 2 years ago on Honeymoon with the wife. Man its totally different than the rest of portugal. I like it alot! Resort type of atmosphere. http://www.carvoeiro.com/
First half of page 4 is Sagres then the rest is Torrierra up by Aveiro. My parents have a townhouse over there. Very nice place unfortunately I don't have the time to go over there all the time.
I usually go every 2 years for 2 weeks.

Very nice George. Never been to Algarve but will have to go down south there one day. I hear theres lots of tourists there and lots of english speaking chops there Speaking of Aviero, i too have some family there. Though most of my family, including my parents homes are in the Coimbra area. I love that area, its like the NYC of portugal, and lots of young people and good nightlife thanks to a few good universitys there. I too wish i could go more often but hey, every 2 years is great. George, i havent been there since 2000 
. But i will make up for it in 2004
My parents built a new house which was completed this past August and i still havent seen it (only in photos) or been in it yet. I cannot wait ! I wish i could take the S2K and try out those winding roads and take it to the local cafes
