Apparently my wife said the POWERWHEELS motorcycle needed to go faster for my son....

$30 later and a dremel.....a 12v Motorcycle battery replaced the 6V Power wheels....LOL...first time he got on he said "its loud daddy!"

Too much wheel spin!!

Then I read this.....wow

Yea....we gotta hook up! I toppled a few trees.....they are taller than you think, but they all fell in the direction I was aiming for.

speaking of tim-liness,
if you've ever used a nose hair trimmer they are woefully lacking on power,
I started thinking about a dremel attachment, then I thought better of it.

Jeff, do you have a wiring diagram for the bike battery conversion? the powerwheels 6v battery on our F150 died and instead of replacing that with another 6v, I wouldn't mind doing the 12v swap now.

Not even going to try something as complicated as in that link. Very impressive but Jr. already gave up on the powerwheels in favor of his Honda and Cam is leaning more toward the bike now too. I just want to get a little bit more mileage out of the powerwheels until we retire it.
