Your time ticker is a bit off - it gives the people of the forums the idea that you are already in a sling. You are not.....yet. Therefore you are falsely presenting your situation. Kindly amend your ticker to start the countdown on the appropriate day it or I'll sic Bass after you!

Some 15 years ago, I bought a raincoat. After about 4 years, I became dissatisfied. I retyurned it for a full refund applied to a better one. Several years later, this Gore-tex oone began to have leakage problems. Another full refund towards a yet better raincoat.
I got a briefcase for Christmas in the 90's. The Velcor broke down, it had a stain and there was no reinforcement to protect a laptop. I broughtit back for a better briefcase and they apologized that I had to pay the differnce between the two styles since the new one was a more expensive style.
You just can't beat their policy.

I see that you will be a one-handed typist in the near future. Please ensure you posts are typographically and gramatically correct. If not - the Bassinator will be called in to critique your attempts at communication.
