So here's a chance to post about GOOD customer service. It does not seem to happen too often these days!

I buy a certain style of pants from LL Bean. They aren't cheap, but they fit, and I like them.

They are not supposed to go in the dryer, but I screwed up with one pair....a couple of the other pairs are getting shorter, even though I never put them in the dryer.

I made a phone call to LL Bean. Great customer service. They will send me new pants, and when I return the old ones, they will credit the charge they will put through to send me the new ones.

Some of these pants I've had for more than a year!

LL Bean FTW!

I wish.

I'm actually an inch shorter than I used to be.

Stuff still shrinks from washing over time, even if washed in cold water.

You guys remember the Seinfeld episode about cold water and shrinkage, don't ya?

 

Pair of LLBean boat shoes bought 6-7 years ago. Stiching came undone around the sole. "We're so sorry about that sir. We'll send you some new ones."

Also, wifes slippers.... 5-6 years old, wore a hole straight through one of the heels. All set!

LL Bean. May be expensive, but they stand behind everything they sell.
