Yikes, I haven't checked in here in a loooong time. Hello again, everyone!
Steve, I see you finally got out of that cruiser and into a 'lude? Congrats!
Jeff, I see I missed your b-day (or did I just miss yet another crazy Steve post?), anyway- happy belated b-day!
Rick & Lainey, I see you've got that great drive and BBQ coming up!!
Ben, I hope you're still enjoying your red German sports car!

I'm still in Newport, I've just been totally neglecting the internet and subsequently s2ki. I've actually noticed about 3 S's on base here- 3 more than last year, which now makes 4!
Bad news is, somebody nailed me in the parking lot here at work 2 weeks ago and didn't leave a note! Nice, foot long crease in the worst spot - driver's rear quarter - clearly from a car door.
BUT I've got Tim "Dingman" coming down on Friday to fix her up in my garage! He seems like a great guy and I know he's highly regarded around here.
Anyways, just wanted to check in, and now that I see there's a drive in two weeks, hopefully I can make it- without a big dent!

Lainey- I will most certainly post to your thread when I know that I can make it... I had a great time last year- nice drive, people and food!
Jeff- I should have known it was more hijinks out of Steve. And, yes, I remember responding to Thomas' most innocent question... just, PLEASE THOMAS, tell me you didn't need an answer to, "...how do you know when someone might be your wife?"! Just kidding, of course- congrats again, Thomas!
