I really hate these misfires! I got tired diagnosing and fixing the car myself and decided to bring it to a friend who's tech at honda dealer. He did seen a lot of errors on fuel system after diagnosing it himself. So far he asked me, we first start with primary o2 sensor. Still waiting for the results though.

Btw before i brought the car to my friend i did a lot of fixing to it. I'll refer you to this thread, it may help.

I spent months and hundreds and hundreds of dollars on my problem. After everything was tried it turned out to be the alternator. The dash got slightly dim when the air pump on clicked on. I did everything from valves, to o2 sensors.

Did the alternator and battery test fine when you tested them when the alternator was indeed bad?

Ok then that sounds more promising, I think I will try a new alternator from Honda.
