Judy's cousin visited yesterday with her daughter and her two kids, 1about 12 and 13. Leaving the restaurant from lunch, she asked if I'd mind the son home i nthe S. I agreed and took him the long way home around some twisties and made the car growl a bit in the turns (higher revs in lower gears). He was quite when we got home. A little later, it was suggested I take his younger sister for a ride, too. Did the same and she was all when we got back. They enjoyed the S much better than the Volvo wagon they came in .

Al. I'll bet both kids felt pretty special. MUCH better than a Volvo.

Back when I was ~12 yrs old, I had a neighbor with a Corvette. Mind you, this is back in 1992.... but he gave me a ride to the middle school dances so I'd "be seen" getting in and out of a cool car. I can't say it did anything for my image, but I liked cars, so it was still fun to ride in.

Last weekend, I gave my brother's fiancee a ride in the S. She squealed and giggled when I hit VTEC and got the tail end out. I told my brother he needs to get a sports car, 'cause I think she got ever so slightly excited.

HA!!.
I gave a ride to a woman I worked with one time.
She was supposedly really into cars.
I didn't get out of first when she was squealing to slow down.

never did get along with that woman..

My son loved it when I brought him to different places in the S or on the
motorcycle so his friends could see him.

Now, he drives himself.
