I am going to send in an application next Monday. If there's an opening, I guess I am going.

Hey Jenner. I think so but still not 100% sure. In the midst of the spark plug problem (which is now resolved - thanks to Glenn), I also switched from AEM CAI back to stock and then to Comptech CAI. It can just simply be the characteristics between the intakes, but while the car seems torque-ier in the low end (I like), it does not appear to pull as hard in the higher end. It almost seems like the car is gasping for air between 5,000 - 9,000 RPM.

Given their designs, I expected the Comptech to have better gain in the low end; and AEM to have better gain in the high end, but didn't expect the variance to be this drastic. I have to try a few more pulls in remote area to get a better sense...

Lastly, I'll need new tires and alignment before the track day. Are you going? I can't wait to see your car run when it's all tuned up.

Novice and intermediate groups are sold out. The site says a few advanced spots remain open. As i have never done this before, i assume I cannot sign up for the advance group (not sure i would want to anyway).

Do they allow spectators? I may be out of town, not sure, but if I am around I think it would be nice to come up and hang out. Any thoughts? Francis?

Rowland: You can come watch and maybe get a ride with an instructor.
Bill: I can pull some strings and try to get you a spot...
