Glad to see no current Red Sox on the list. The only significant name that played with the Sox that I was was Mo Vaughn.
Funny how Clemens started using right after he left the Sox as a fat, lazy, average pitcher. Then become a two time Cy Young winner with Toronto, then continued for many years with the Yankees and Astros..........

oh yeah, and Gagne was on the list too, but I wouldn't consider him significant

 

Maybe it is not that important professional players all juiced up or not, as long as they provide quality entertainment to baseball fans. Who cares about they ruined their health. They make so much money. Who cares?

However, I think we do have to think about young lives destroyed in the name of performance.

Just imagine how many young players in high schools and in colleges look up to the pros and feel pressured to take drugs to stay competitive. If they don't take performance enhanced drugs, somebody else will and that somebody else may take their spots and be discovered and drafted into prefessional minor league teams.............

I think the whole thing is a disgrace.

 

Yeah, I agree no present Sox players and even those that were former players were not with the Sox when they did it.
