Default Mods to do...hypathetical

Well it's a Sunday night and I'm sick of watching tv (The Pat's game didn't help).

Needless to say I began thinking about the S. My question is, if you were able to go forced induction, but no other mods would you OR would you stay naturally aspirated and do mods i.e. suspension, exhaust, emanage, header etc. ??

Say that you have $6k to spend and everything would have to be new. I say $6k because that's about what it would cost to get a bolt on supercharger and have it running (approx). So let me know what you think...

I'd go FI obviously. With your budget I'd have said a GReddy turbo kit would be a great choice before they raised the price on it. I came in well under $6k after installation and tuning. Of course my situation is a lot different, I paid nothing for installation and only paid ~$4k for the kit brand new. The problem I see with spending a ton on NA mods is it will net you little gain in the end. You could spend $6k on NA mods and have a car that barely feels faster than stock. I feel the same way about suspension mods unless you're doing it for cosmetic reasons. You can spend a ton there too, but you'll be hard pressed to improve significantly on the handling of the stock setup.

For 6K I'd leave my S alone and buy a small used Boston Whaler for fooling around in the bay, or an old sports car that needs to be fixed up.
