YEA....you could get a 944 with that coin....
Why would purchasing a car that's inferior in every way to an s2k aside from its badge be preferable to modding your s2k?

For 6K I'd leave my S alone and buy a small used Boston Whaler for fooling around in the bay, or an old sports car that needs to be fixed up.
I agree with that....in fact, it's something I did!

Five years ago I had the chance to piss away some money on speakers, rims, you name it for my 325i but instead I bought a Triumph TR6 and a canoe!

Sounds great. Two different ways to have fun instead of just dumping $ into a car that is fine the way it is.

6K to pi$$ away? Saving it for a rainy day not allowed?

I could re-do the living room, add crown molding, and buy a new living room set.

OR, I could upgrade my diamond band, for more bling, I could buy a lot of shoes and clothing for 6K, or have other maintenance done on the house, but house maintenance sounds boring.

I see no need to add a turbo to the S. I say toss in a few grand more and we'll trade in the S for a new screaming yellow one.

A new S seems to make more sense than buying tires for the old S which we may have to do by the end of next season.

Josh, I say send the 6k to me. I'll report back the best way to spend it.

I'd go for that if I could buy her outright for $6k. Renting at that rate is ridiculous.
