Default Mortgage refinance question

We are looking to refinance our mortgage but have no clue where to go for it? There are just too many options and I can't find any company ratings/reviews.

Also, should I go to a broker or deal with a company directly? What about all these dot coms like lending tree, eloan, etc. ?

Would appreciate some help deciding.

Thanks!

I'm not sure how the .com companies work for mortgages. We always stuck with local banks/credit unions. No surprises at closing or with closing costs, if any.

Hey Lainey, aren't you supposed to be taking a long weekend in NH? And you're online here.

It may be time for a 12 step program . . .

I read it and learned a few things:

(1) you're a moral conservative
(2) you have a 10 year old daughter
(3) basshole is a funny word
