Default Moving on this spring

Sad news, but I've come to decide it's time to let go. It's time to go back to 1 car. I just want something under warranty again and something that satisfies all needs...sports, able to handle snow, and a little luxury. I sold my 2000 A4 yesterday. I am going to put the S2000 for sale in the spring. I got some very low trade offers of $9500-$10,000. My car is a bone stock 03, 44,000 miles, Berlina Black in excellent condition. What do you think it's worth? KBB and Edmunds say $16,000 give or take.

I've been pretty quiet on the forums lately. I will definitely stick around as this is one of the more fun forums to be part of. Thanks.

Sorry to hear that Ray. I was just thinking of you folks the other day as one of the pics from the pizza meet flashed on my screen.

16K private sale? We almost upgraded last summer and we would have hoped for 14K on a trade in not sure we would have been able to get 16K private sale.....ours is a year newer, you have less mileage.

Good luck with the sale.

Nice pic Lainey! I really have no idea what the value is. I will aim high and see what I can pull in. I ordered a 2010 S4 so I have about 3 months to sell the S2000. I'll probably start seriously trying to sell in about 2 month or when I know I have a month left to wait.

Haha...am I that predictable? I liked the 2010 TL AWD, but the styling just didn't wow me. The car did everything well, but the S4 is just a step up. The 335xi just isn't "sporty" and has been problematic. I don't think the Audi will be quite so trouble free, but I'm going to rely on warranty and see where it takes me.
