I saw a Panoz Esperante at the Hartford Concorso (Ferrari show) last year with my daughter. It wasn't part of the show, just parked on the grounds, possibly the daily driver for one of the Ferrari show car owners. I didn't know what it was at all. I walked up and was looking at it trying to figure it out. I was commenting to my daughter that I wondered what it was. At that moment, some guy passing by piped in "Why...it's a PANOZ". The way he said it was like..."doesn't everyone have a few in the garage???" Ever since then that has been a catch phrase between my kid and me when we don't recognize something. They are cool cars.
