I've only met Doug once and it was long ago, but he was the man behind Watkins Glen for us Vintage farts. I sent him a couple windup flashlights to show my appreciation.

But Ellen, I have something for you to drink. Coffee, Kahula, Bailey's and Cuervo Gold. Around So Cal it's a Mexican Coffee. (The legitimate drink doesn't have Bailey's but mine do.) When I go back east I always have to tell them what goes in a Mexican Coffee. I guess you guys don't have enough Mexicans back there.

I enjoy old cowboy movies and had some free time last night so I decided to construct a bar for my home. I had some mahogany planks lying about and set off to work. I had considered purchasing a bar at the store, but they do not make any that fit my strict standards. If you do not have one similar, you are not enjoying your whiskey correctly. Here is the final product:

Hey, I got the name tag today, that you sent me. Thank you, Ellen. Oh, and you think that was a good Mexican Coffee? Wait till I make one for you.

I was looking for a photo I have of Doug but can't find it.

I've got a meet tonight that's an hour away. I should get my rear in gear.

In my best Doug voice:

Neopolitain or harlequin ice cream has roots dating back to 1883. It can be researched at this site: http://www.foodtimeline.org/foodicecream.html

It is one of the most respected ice cream flavors and eaten in the pits of race tracks every where. Last week at watckin glen I recorded a temperature of 28* in my box of neopolitain. Cool beverage and food is needed after living life on the very edge at a track.

French vanilla is too bland and the rest of your flavors just don't appeal to me so you should switch to my favorite.

OMG, too funny!!
