OK, what's everyone doing for the weekend?
Fireworks anyone? Me, I plan to celebrate the birth of my nation by blowing up a small part of it. (Anyone... anyone...)
Realistically, I'm staying local. Going kayaking tomorrow near the mouth of the Connecticut River with a college friend. And maybe another friend if he can convince his wife to let him go... Bringing sandwiches and rum.
Saturday is family cookout day at the in-laws, and Sunday we're gonna visit a friend who just had their first baby.
And of course, some S2000 driving in there, as well!

Cook out at a friend's tomorrow. Grandkid duty on Saturday. Steak dive meet with Bass on Saturday night.
Need to find time to pre-run our drive route for our drive/cookout later this month, and of course there are the usual house related chores. Laundry, dust bunny extermination, lawn mowing, plant care. Three days is not enough!

watch out for the roofing nails on Reed Rd.
Actually starting in Westport at the Hampton Inn, I think, but the route will have us in Dartmouth, Freetown , Rochester and Lakeville, I think. He combined the last half of our usual drive, along with some of the roads from Mystery Ride I ( you weren't there) and added in some others.
We'll see how it goes.
