Post OZ racing rules!

As some of you guys already knew my 18" OZ superleggera wheels has small cracks on them. Nothing major. It is more cosmetic than anything else.

I send pictures of my wheels to an engineer in OZ racing. He looked at them and decide to send me a set of brand new 18" wheels to me. Free of charge!

Wait there is more! He said my model is discontinued, so he has to send me the new "OZ superleggera race silver".

He said even though I am not the original purchaser, OZ will still give me the wheels, cus OZ stands by its products 100%.

Wow! I think I will be a life time OZ customer from now on then.

Just feel like to share with you.

So is that in exchange for the old ones? or do you get to keep both?

They will probably take those wheels back for analysis and stuff.

Oh, yeah. They even arrange direct tire to do the installation. All I need to do is to show up with my car.

Sweet!

Wow! That's really cool of them to stand behind their products. Def. makes good word-of-mouth advertising.

That's just steller Customer Service. I Would post that on the tires and wheels forum and have them sticky it...Not many companies would do that now-a-days, I say we support the companies that do.

John from direct tire just called, he said instead of charging me $60 something dollar for each tire due to the size. He will only charge $25 per tire because the order is directly from OZ.

Considering my circumstances (free wheels, bling bling), I think it is fair.

Luke, , OZ kicks Ass. Next time when I thinking of buying new wheels you know which brand I will go for.

OZ all the way baby!
