Default Pork vs Lamb

I just can't decide. On taste alone, I guess I have to go with pork, even if I do love lamb chops. But Lamb is better for you and has many uses when ground up and mixed with other ingredients. But sausages...

Anyway, what do you think?

Lamb is very tasty.
Bacon tastes good too.
Bacon wrapped around lamb tenderloin is yummy.
rack of lamb is yummy
leg of lamb with mint jelly is good.
roast pig nose and cheek meat is awsome.
Bar B Q pork ribs any way done is tastey

Most pork I eat is pretty bland, not to mention that these days most supermarkets sell "enhanced" saline bathed meats to make the bland pork saltier, not necessarily more flavorful. Go with lamb.
