I agree, the new 1 series reminds me more of a 2002 which I thought was it's original intent, but at only 200 lbs less than a 3-series, the newest 1 series seems like a waste of time and effort. I believe it's only 5 inches shorter than a 3 as well and is priced within 2000 dollars of a comparable 3-series.
This was the intent, it was suppose to be the 21st century 2002........but at 3373 lbs, they definitely missed the mark.
