Default Quick tire question

I know that my tires need more air. My car is pulling side to side and I think it may be the pressure. I want to go out to the gas station tonight to fill them, but I'm not sure what to use:

Measure them cold: 4 tires average 31psi
Measure them hot: 4 tires average 34psi

The problem is that one tire is 1psi less than the rest. Should I go to the gas station while they are still hot and put in 35 or what? Simple yet confusing.

Go to the gas station and put 36 in each tire. Tomorrow morning, release air to get to your desired setting.

jschmidt is correct. Running 36 psi at operating temps is a good guideline. I almost don't worry as much what it is cold anymore.

I filled the tires to 36 PSI this morning and before I left work I let out air and used my digital guage until each tire hit 32.0 PSI. The car is not pulling all over the place anymore.
