Marriage ... should I ask her or not?

Everyone's view on marriage is different based on their own experience - I love it and couldn't have asked for a better husband. On the other hand there are some that would tell you to steer clear of it all together.

Follow your heart it will tell you what the right decision is!

 

Haha, yeah, I love the girl to death. I'm just nervous in general about the whole idea. We already live together and everything. I feel like nothing would change if we did.

It's really not that I'm questioning marrying her. I'm questioning marriage in general. She's finishing her doctorate program now for psychology. It'd be nice to have a sugar momma.

Things do change because life and all it's decisions change. You can't avoid change.

Now if it's just being nervous about the logistics of getting a ring, asking, planning, etc. then it's understandable.

If you are nervous for other reasons then there are some thing you should consider. If you think she is the one then there are things you need to ask yourself - can you see spending the rest of your entire life with her - through good times and yes bad times too, how do you both react when things maybe aren't so good - do you both have the committment to stay in it for the long haul, are your views as a couple on financial and life decisions (house, kids, etc.) similar. If you're not sure of about this stuff than wait - if it's meant to be it's meant to be.

I'm not sure of your age or how long you two have been together but if you're uncertain wait until you feel 100%.
