Default Ready to Kill !

Well I got woken up this morning with a phone call from my mom . He little mini hot dog dog is in the hospital with a swollen head and back and is passing blood in its stool .

I have what I call my adopted step brother , Which is a kid that is one of my moms friends nephews That lived with us for awhile . We took him in at about the age 2 out of a home of Crack and sexual abusive home . He is now 18 and has been living with his aunt for most of his life . He dropped out of high school after he broke a ankle and could not play football . He has sense been in t rubble with the law for DWI and drugs.

My mom let him move in and got him a job to help him pay his fines and try to get his life back together . things went fine for a few months and he was doing very good . Then one day he thought he knew it all again and told his boss off, FIRED . Well from the DWI he has no license . He has been sitting around the house hoping a job would just show up or something . We have told him to walk to the store and get the paper to look but he think we should get it for him as we have the car and means to get there . When I was about his age I used to bike over to the next town for a year to get to work . Took about a half hour one way . This kid wont even go two blocks .

Last week She thought the dog had been getting roughed up and had a talk with him ( if you know these dogs they are very delicate and can hurt them selves just jumping off the bed ) . Today the dog is in the hospital with the above mentioned problems . Now I sit here waiting for the phone call to see if the doctor believes it was abused and that the dog doesn't have medical problem . If it was abused i have to meet me mom at her house to help get him removed from the house and let him know there is nothing else we can do to help him that he is on his own as a adult and he has to find his own place to live .

Boy do I just want to go over there right now and knock him out

thanks for listening

If he abused the dog, press charges and see if you can get a restraining order. Check with a lawyer to see if she has to officially get the twit evicted. I'm with Bass, he needs a serious a** whupping.

Tough situation Scott - hope everything turns out well.

If it turns out the dog was beaten talk to the vet and have him report it to the SPCA. They don't take animal abuse lightly and will more than likely arrest him - therefore you're sort of solving the problem of having him removed from the house. (I watch a lot of animal planet!)

Legally he has the right to stay , he can be asked to leave but he cant not be forced legally .

Technically he is not blood related so we cant get a domestic abuse restraint order . We will have to go to a Judge and have him review are claim, and he will make a decision .

But I am not a cop , just related to a few , and I and some good friends are not worried about it . The way I look at it he can leave by the door or from the third floor balcony oh did you trip

But being the maturing adult that I am ( Who said that ) I talk to the Manchester PD about having a officer there to make sure things do not escalate and I have to go to jail and leave the shop to Steve

Good for me that he is a moron and he don't know his rights.

Right now we are waiting for a verdict from the doctor . His 1st impressions is trauma , but doesn't want to jump to conclusions as there is one type of infection that can cause these symptoms . But this is not the first time and the dog loves everyone but this kid .

So for tonight I am not going to jail . The dog is getting treated for the infection just in case as it would be serious if it is but most likely not .

Bills for today total $600 for the doctor so far .
