Regular under $3.90
..and premium under $4.05 at our "cheapie" gas station. What are the prices in your neck of the woods? Do you stick to the top names, or do you go for the "off brands?"
I tend to use Shell since it is right near me and on the way to the highwya for me. It is more expensive by about $0.20/gal (about $4.20/gal premium)
But, down the road at Cumby's they were selling regular for $3.81/gal for regular all weekend. New Bedford was even cheaper the night of Laineys party. I saw $3.79 at Cumbys there.

Does it mean people are going back to the old days and buying up SUVs and Hummers again?
BTW, I pumped gas into the Charger with 87 regular a couple days ago. It was $3.89. Nice!
We got our Vdub back. The difference is night and day. We don't miss the Charger a bit. Our Vdube is a 10 years old car. Go figure.

Thanks to "zone pricing," Glastonbury, CT has some of the most expensive gas in the Hartford area. I will gas up wherever I happen to see cheaper gas, which is pretty much anywhere else. And I have no allegiance to BIG OIL gas stations; we have made them fat enough.
