Default Request for Speeding Ticket Lawyer

After about 15 years without a speeding ticket I got a second one in the last 6 months (both on the Pike).

Do you folks have a trusty attorney that I may hire?

Friggin' staties. It's ridiculous. Revenue enhancement at its finest.

V1 Maybe good/maybe not.

Rick got stopped twice in the same town by the local law enforcement. He was doing at least 10 over the limit both times. No ticket, just one "see you later, slow down" and one warning.

We bought the V1 after that.

This year, he got stopped for doing EIGHT over in Plymouth. Perfect record and the cop gave him a ticket.

After consulting with some friends in high places, I was advised it was quite possible the presence of the V1 was the reason for the ticket. Some cops take it personally.

I can't believe he even got stopped for 48 in a 40, never mind got a ticket for it.

If you buy the V-1 mount it so it is hidden.

By the way the V1 did go off when he got stopped and it didn't give enough warning, they had him.

I have avoided the electronic friend for just that reason in the past (who buys radar detectors except for habitual speeders?).

My recent luck has led me to rethinking things.

i'm thinking of sending in the v1 to have it checked - rear radar sensitivity is AWESOME but the frt doesn't seem to give enough notice

also i wonder if the police no longer drive with the radar on because 9 times out of 10 the v1 does not make a sound when they are approaching

Rochester, Plymouth. All nice country roads where you need to watch your speed.

The staties are out there with accurate, instant-on laser. I don't even know if a V1 helps. Watch them sometime. They're pointing something that looks like a rifle at you. Grr.......
