Well, it was nice to actually get to a meet for a change. I have meant to go to a number of things in the past year but between my back and the baby its been a challenge.

Had a good time, was nice to see some old faces and some new ones as well.

Ginny enjoyed meeting you all. She was sorry she didnt say goodbye as she was trying to get Elise to fall asleep in the truck.

Erick was awarded with the best gift EVA! I believe there will be photos to follow.

 

Yes. Steph and I had a great time. SHUG, your daughter is precious! We just got our clan to bed a few minutes ago.

Erick's gift was awesome and I think Rick had the best idea for it when he said "they work wonders on a runny nose"

It was good to see everyone this evening and, as usual, we had a blast. We laughed until we cried.

The room was not the best for mingling, and as always there is never enough time to talk to everyone. Guess we'll just have to have another meet soon!

Erick, I doubt you will enjoy your gift as much as I enjoy the gift I got from the New England folks, but just remember, it's the thought that counts. The "hawt assistant" may appreciate that gift someday.

I still can't believe that Ray and Matt's table had to wait that long. The restauraunt should have given it to them on the house or somehing. What a shame.

 

^I still can't believe Steve didn't give me any of the "special" ribs you brought up for him. After I kept him alive with table scraps while he waited for his meal, I thought for sure he'd hand off a couple fish market ribs to old Legal Bill. Bastard. When it took so long for you guys to get your food, I should have spoken to the person who confirmed our reservation as she was there when we arrived.

She probably would have done something for you guys. I doubt that whoever made the error ran over to her to let them know of the problem.
