Default A Sad Day

Well it was a sad day today. I put the S away for the winter. Here are some pictures in her new home.



Then I put her blanket on.



The good news is she's not far away so if we get some nice days in Jan, Feb or Mar then I will head over and take her out for a spin. ( I know wishful thinking)

Although I will visit just to let her run a little.

Ours is under cover going on three weeks. I hate winter.

i will be putting on my snow tires come saturday, so a sad day indeed.

The only good thing about not driving the car all winter is when spring finally gets here, and the car gets back on the road, it's like driving a new car all over again.

Though we have been blessed with great driving weather for the most part these past few weeks... we lucked out

I put my snow shoes on last night... I a prepared to drive very slowly.

Someday mine will get the winters off also, just not yet.

My sucky LM-22s are on, and I was top-down during light flurries this morning.

I spent the last three winters garaging Neb, but not this year. I won't be out in really bad weather, but I refuse to put myself through another winter of pining away waiting to drive my favorite car again.

Mines been under the blanket for a month now. Actually haven't driven it since the Mohawk run. Hope Spring comes early.
