I don't remember if I met Bruce, but I remember reading many of his posts. My condolences to Ira and the rest of Bruce's family and to those of you who knew him personally.
After seeing hie plate, I must have met him on at least one of the Mohawk drives.

The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little. (FDR)
I am richer for having known you.
And for your family and Ira,
Know that you do not walk alone as our hearts and wishes will always be with you.
We will always remember the President of the Vintage S2K club

My god.... I remember last time talking to him about that valve adjustment and how some thing came up...
I'll never forget when I moved from Arizona and came to Jeff's (Cubs2k's) meet for very first time. Met every one and felt comfortable but because of age difference at the same time a bit out of place because of how different AZ crowd was from NE crowd. *Sorry guys & gals nothing personal*. I knew it's no big deal and by next meet would be fine. But never will forget how fast Bruce made me feel right at home with his great humor and how he projected comfort that made me feel that much more comfortable and welcome.
That has always stuck with me since. I was always really ecstatic to see him at meets and if I didn't was bummed....
Rest in Peace Bruce, you will always be in our hearts...

Lainey I signed the guestbook. I couldn't find a way to read the other
entries. Did you see a way to do that?
