Saturday "to do" list
OK, we're up rather early around here these Saturdays. Rick is working, I have a "to do" list for the morning.
FIRST: Go to CVS for FREE M & M's.
Stopa at Kmart for a few things
Flower store for some pansies
Wash the S and the Jeep (Rick's idea, not sure that's happening)
Rinse out some flower pots and decide which ones we are using this year. NOT gonna plant as many this year.
In the "cheap mode" bought some spray paint for plastic. Going to try to give some "new life" to some of the pots. If it doesn't work, only lost $3.99. I'll buy some new pots and put the old ones out for recycling, thus saving the planet, yet again.

Might install the S spoiler, but it may be too nice out to take the time today. Errands. CVS for the same reason we're all going there today. Maybe grocery shop. If the +1 gets up before Noon (ya right) maybe a top down drive to Vermont, which I never got to yesterday. Friends of mine own a diner/restaurant in Windsor, and I just found out last night that they've sold it! Won't be walking in the kitchen door there much longer, I guess.
Going to physical therapy at 11am.
Have lunch with the wife/kids and probably take a trip to the dump with them. (Jeffrey jr loves going to the dump)
Take the kids to the park or maybe Buttonwood zoo.
Going to my buddies house to drink beer and watch the fight on pay per view later on.

I have a long list... Not sure what I will get to.
I need to paint the trim around the garage doors as they are peeling baddly. Going to pull out the power washer to clean off the crap and loose paint.
I have to level a spot to down a sandbox we have for Elise. Then I need to go out and get play sand for it.
My yard is only 1/3 raked. I need to do another section this weekend.
My S is filthy. I realy want to wash it and clean up the interior. The Ridgeline needs a good interior cleaning after the winter.
Step daughter's soccer game at noon.
Wife is going out with friends this evening so I got bathtime and bedtime duties to myself.
Need to get my 'new to me' push mower running. Cleaned out the old bad gas but cant get it running for more than a minute or so.
Thats just my list of what I hope to do today in best case scenario.

I was up at 6 and have been working on finishing a for pay project. Hoping to get that done today or tomorrow so I can bill em!
Also going to work on laying in a brick pathway from my door to the parking area where it gets muddy when it rains. It's ironic that as a renter I am doing more home improvement projects than I did as a home owner
Are you going to do a faux finish on the pots? That looks like fun - you can make them look really expensive if you get a good result from that... Adding some flowers and color to the new deck?

at that one, Ellen. It will be all I can do to spray paint the pots, and not have drips all over them. I am sooooooooooo not creative.Yeah, a few pansies to add some color, maybe to the deck and the back yard flower garden. We won't plant the flower's Rick grows until the end of May.
