I am the original owner of an '03. About 22k miles. Last couple of years I have driven only about 1k a year. I change the oil and do an inspection every year, but the last major service by Honda was the 90k service about 6 years ago. I want to start driving it more and am ready to bite the bullet for what I assume is a major service. So, another 90k service ( replace all fluids including brake, coolant etc ) filters. Any suggestions for someone besides Honda ( I use Honda Village in Newton but it seems the techs there aren't that familiar with this Honda ) Thanks

 

Give Billman a shout. Will do a better job than any Honda dealer near us.
He's a bit of a drive and a ferry ride, but it's worth the extra travel to know your car is being maintained properly, and he'll do it for less.

 

There's a Honda specialist place on Western Ave in Brighton near the N. Harvard set of lights. You can also go to http://kaizentuning.com/ in Acton. Another couple of places closer to Newton would include Aston Martin - Lotus in Waltham & Accel Automotive (next to Aston Martin). Both places are very competent in all cars. Samuels Jaguar Motors in Brighton are also great mechanics and not too expensive.

I would recommend McParland motorsports in Shrewsbury MA or RACETEK in New Hampshire.

If it's anything little I'll be able to help you too. I have a lot of knowledge about s2000's and I love working on them.

 

I have had my suspension and brake work done at Larin Automotive in Norwood, MA.
When I need to drop my car off with them for a while, they drop me off and then pick me up in Boston when the car is ready.
They seem to be a great shop and do a lot of race prep for cars around here and their own race cars (autocross and time trials).
I have not had them do any work on the engine yet.

I have also had race alignments done at FasTrack in Peabody, MA.
They also seem to be very good there as well.
