SHRUG! 111 !
Dropped the S off this evening....
I had to disconnect the battery (cant get at the fuses right now with my back) to get it started.
Of course seeing that I am taking it to the dealer the car is now acting normal. No CEL, which lit EVERY time before, the immobilizer light lit as its should, which it NEVER did before. I got it to the dealer, turned it off and restarted it a few times. Acting 100% normal.
The service rep said they can go into the history to see what has been indicated before so hopefully I dont get some response like unable to duplicate problem... $200 please.

I don't know what your original problem was (going back through old posts now), but once you disconnected the ECU all of the codes were reset. It may take a number of on/off cycles with some miles put on between each before the codes pop again.
