It was sleeting when I came to work, then it was just cloudy for a while, now it's snowing like hell and the traffic reports are talking about all kinds of accidents out this way.

GRRRRR.

took me twice as long (over and 1 hour and a 1/2) to get home as usual, about 2 inches with ice underneath. So glad I put the summer tires on last week I thought it wasn't suppose to start snowing until tonight, so I didn't bother putting on the winter shoes. The MINI did pretty well, considering. Just had the traction control blinking at me constantly through all the hill of Deerfield. There saying 4-8 here!
