not bad considering Chip is a one man show who works a full time job and runs an on-line car detail business

whereas Zymol is a multimillion dollar corporation

I have always received e-mails from Chip the minute my order was submitted

look around - ALL his customers have been extreamly satisfied and he IS a sponser of the New England S2000 Owner's Club

I guess you could continue to order from Zymol
As I said, I would likely order from Chip again. I thought he did a good job with my order and seems like a really nice/helpful guy. I always try to help out the "little guy" as opposed to buying from the monster conglomerate corporation whenever feasable. Also, his selection is very good. However, if he doesn't carry what I'm looking to buy then I can't order from him. I've done enough experimenting with car cleaners over the last ten years. I'd like to stick with the same products for a while. Considering he works full time as well as runs his website, two days is a fairly reasonable amount of time to fill an order. Now that I know this I will be sure to leave him plenty of time to fill my next order should I need it by a certain time.

I am sure Chip can get anything you want - just send him an e-mail or call him

I am still confused by your statement of plenty of time to re-order from Chip? from reading your post it took three whole days to receive your order from Chip - to me that seems pretty darn fast. but to each is own - did you pay for overnight shipping?

OK. I gave the S the full detail last weekend and then I washed it again this morning. I think it looks great. Thanks Chip & Zymol.

Yeah. I cleaned that up with some quick detailer after the picture was taken.
