Well, I'm pretty convinced that Legal Bill is bankrupt. I think he spent all his money on that money pit in his garage that he calls an Austin Healey.

How do I know this you ask? He was paying me for some polish I bought for him and he gave me a $20 bill and a roll of dimes.

 

I'm guessing that he rolled all the coin he found under the seats of the Healey when he dismantled it. Be thankful you didn't get 2 rolls of quarters instead of the $20.

 

I'm pretty sure Bill's not eating tainted cat food just yet... how do people get rich?? not by giving it away

Nah, Bill's rolling in $$. The dime rolls are probably leftover Christmas bonus that he gives out to his office helpers.
