It is truly getting there. I was seriously tempted to go top down to therapy yesterday but opted out since there are still too many wet/slush puddles that could end up being splashed into the car. But today looks great so far, maybe a noontime ride home with top down, if it truly gets close to the 70 degree mark.

Just finished washing mine now. In a few minutes I am going to get started with the PC. Wish me luck!

Car wash? I saw someone Saturday take their mustang convert through the automatic car wash. What a mistake that has to be. I would never drag a convertable through a full car wash. I go to the self wash and do not even attempt to wash the roof. That calls for a hose with only home pressure going through it. Do not want to damage that plastic weave.

[quote name='Lainey8484' date='Mar 13 2007, 02:10 PM'] We had a sure sign of spring today. Even better than the crocus bulbs blooming.

Our temps are only mid 50's right now. The price we pay for being close to the ocean. I just ran an errand and opened the sun roof on my Jeep.

Only certain spots that needed it. I asked wanabe to be sure, and he said since I was doing a complete swirl removal to just inspect the paint prior to PC and clay any rough spots. The rear end around the bumper was the only spot.

Just finished with the XMT 3 on the front end. The doors and back should go fast. Then start all over with the XMT 1. Then start waxing....
