Default Suspension Leak

Yesterday while changing my oil I noticed some oil residue on my sway bar and my passenger front strut. It looks like my KW V3's are leaking. I've got roughly 10k miles on them. Suggestions? My car is only used for weekend spirited driving now (no longer tracking).

Do they have a warranty? From what I've read around forums its not very expensive to have them rebuilt.

I believe they're out of warranty. I've had them for awhile.
